DEEP is a moisturising PHA (polyhydroxy acid) gel mask. PHA is a modern and gentler version of AHA acids. DEEP is ideal for normal, dry, oily, mature and hyperpigmented skin.
Our carefully selected active ingredients include award-winning and clinically proven echinacea extract and PHA derived from lactobionic acid, which is known to help reduce fine lines and wrinkles and prevent premature signs of ageing.
Lactobionic acid provides an effective, deep exfoliation that helps boost cell renewal whilst gently exfoliating the epidermis. This promotes a refined, softer and smoother appearance of the skin.
Regular use will help to achieve a clear and even skin tone, minimised pores and a strengthened, uniform skin surface. Our exquisite blend of antibacterial aromatherapy oils – including everlasting flower, mandarin, cedarwood, geranium rose, lemon and lavender – is blended into our soothing gel base of organic aloe vera.
DEEP has a low pH value of between 3 and 4 for optimal effectiveness on the skin.
The face mask comes in a pack with our 100% organic, lightweight muslin washcloth, which is the ideal ‘tool’ for gentle and easy removal of the mask.
PLEASE NOTE: You may experienceaslight tingling sensation on your skin when using DEEP. This is normal when using a chemical peel and is a sign that the acids are working on your skin.
TIP: UseDEEP together with PROUD and DREAM for double or triple masking.
- Cleanse the skin using, for example, STAR micellar water 02.
- Dab balm, eye cream or facial oil around the eyes and on the lips to nourish and protect the skin in the areas where the mask is not applied.
- Apply DEEP to a cleansed face, neck, décolletage and, if desired, the backs of the hands using a spatula. Avoid and protect the eye area and lips.
- Leave the mask on for 10 minutes, depending on your skin’s sensitivity.
- The mask may cause a tingling sensation on the skin. This is normal, but always exercise caution. If it feels like a burning sensation rather than a tingling sensation, remove the mask immediately. In this case, apply oil to soothe the skin.
- Remove the mask with a warm, damp muslin washcloth.
- Finish with Karmameju skincare products.
- Always protect your skin with SPF after using a chemical peel.
- Apply the mask as required or once a week.

PLEASE NOTE Carry out a patch test before use. Rinse thoroughly with water in case of contact with the eyes. Do not ingest. Seek professional advice during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding when using essential oils. Store in a cool place away from sunlight. May contain traces of nut oil.
