The important thing to remember is that the product comes in an airless bottle, which means that the cream is pushed up as the base is pressed upwards when you start using the cream.
It can sometimes take a while to get the pump going, which can make you think it isn't working. If you have also taken the bottle apart, air has got into the bottle, and this air must first be pumped out again.
After that, try pumping again, have a little patience and see whether it gets going.
If it still won't get going, turn the bottle upside down with the cap on and tap it firmly on the table so that the cream rises and reaches the pump.

In addition, we regularly select a club product of the month, which you can choose among the club products. The club product of the month is always seasonal and sometimes has a higher value than the club products. We change the club product of the month every month to best match what our members want.
Yes, under “Settings” on your profile page you can opt in to or out of emails from Karmameju and from Klub Karmameju. There are some types of email we have to send you, e.g. your order confirmations or information about your Klub Karmameju savings.
The total amount you shop for on karmameju.dk is added up every time you shop. When you have shopped for DKK 1,200, this unlocks the option to choose a club product.
For example, if you shop for DKK 1,550, this unlocks the option to choose a club product, while DKK 350 remains in your savings towards your next club product of your choice.
If you haven't logged in for the past two years, we consider your profile inactive and delete it. We will send you an email before we delete your profile, so you have time to respond and any savings you have built up are not reset.
You can only redeem one birthday gift per year. We will send you an email if we can see that you have a gift waiting that will soon expire.
Klub Karmameju products can be neither returned nor exchanged. If you return all or part of your order, the price of the returned products will be deducted from your existing savings.
