Ny Carlsberg Glyptoteket has selected Karmameju to interpret the fragrance universe of antiquity in connection with the special exhibition Power and Fashion in the Roman Empire.
Through Glyptoteket’s research into historical fragrance recipes, we rediscovered many of the scents that have long been part of Karmameju’s work with nature’s aromas – rose, woods, herbs and resins.
Together, we have interpreted these scents in three limited-edition products and a sensory fragrance installation, bringing the scents of the past to life.
