Norway: €15 for home delivery / free above €120 (Please note that local tax and/or post office handling fees might be added upon delivery. This amount is not reflected on your order.)

Delivery of your order

We pack orders as they come in. Your order will be shipped by GLS. On orders below the free delivery rate, the shipping price is calculated at check-out when you enter your delivery details. Please see above for price references.

All products are shipped from our warehouse, usually within 12-24 hours. When orders are placed on weekdays, they are usually delivered within 2-5 working days. We process orders on an on-going basis and strive for fast and convenient delivery. For the past years of operation, we have a 100% delivery rate, and take outmost care to serve our international customers.

For orders sent to a EU address, you have the following two delivery options:

        1. You can have your order sent to directly to your home
        2. You can have your order sent directly to a business address

You will receive a text message or email from GLS when your order is delivered.

There is free delivery on orders above €150* to EU countries excluding non-bridged smaller islands. Please also note that for orders outside of EU, local tax or post office handling fees might occur. Such added tariffs are not reflected on your order and are not the responsibility of Karmameju Skincare. Please note that for Norwegian orders, there will be added tax and post office fees, not reflected on your order. This is a local taxation, and we can not add it to your order.

Changes to your order

As long as it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, your order can be changed or cancelled. Please contact customer service as soon as possible if you wish to change your order, and we’ll do what we can to help you.


If the products have already been shipped from our warehouse and you wish to return them and receive a refund of your payment, please send the products back to us. Please note that return shipping rates will not be refunded.

If you wish to exchange or return products, the products must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Please enclose the invoice and completed return slip.

Please note that returned items marked “COD” or which are unstamped will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are returned in perfect condition.

You have the right to a 2-year guarantee. Your complaint must be received as soon as possible. Products purchased through Karmameju’s online shop can be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.

*Please note that there may be exceptions for countries not connected to the mainland by bridge, and islands within the EU.
