DO YOU. The world’s greatest movement. Or is it perhaps a concept or a way of living. If it is, it must be the most revolutionising concept or the world’s most important way of living.

Two words. Five letters. One consonant and four vowels. It doesn’t sound like much. And yet it’s almost everything. I have not yet met a single client who had a good relationship with themself when we started therapy.

DO YOU - Always. In a time where we are overloaded with messages about what we ought to do, I believe in one thing only: DO YOU. Being some 7.8 billion people in the world, there must be some 7.8 billion ways to do what’s right.

I practice DO YOU. I am not a pillar of manifestation of DO YOU. I practice. As a mother, businesswoman, family person, devoted friend and girlfriend etc. I periodically find it hard to even feel what my desires actually are. So, I practice.

20 minutes FOOT BATH RITUAL. A recipe for warm feet, body and soul. Prepare your space with pampering essentials; soft pillows, blanket, warm spicy tea, candles and tune in to a playlist from ´Karmameju Skincare’ on Spotify.

15 minutes GLOW RITUAL. A loving recipe for glow. Set the mood with your favorite aroma; incense stick, scent diffuser or scented candle and bring a cup of warm tea to your home-spa, your bathroom. Meet your eyes in the mirror and say something kind to yourself.
