Right of Withdrawal at Karmameju
1. Your right to withdraw
As a customer of Karmameju, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. This applies to all products purchased online at karmameju.dk.
2. Withdrawal period
You normally have 30 days from the date of purchase to inform us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
3. How to notify us
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within the period above. This can be done via:

- Or via the contact form on the website under “Contact us” in the footer.
Please include your order number and specify which items you wish to return.
4. Returns and refunds
Once we have received your notification, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s).
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in undamaged condition. Skincares must not have been opened.
- Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Exceptions
Some items may not be eligible for return or withdrawal, for example:
- Custom-made items produced according to the customer’s specifications.
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened (e.g., certain skincare products).
- If your returned item(s) cause the order total to fall below the amount eligible for a free gift, the gift must also be returned. If the free gift is not returned along with your order, the value of the gift will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
