What I’ll be doing this summer
THOUGHTS FROM METTE

It's time to fill your cup. The summer holidays provide space to fill the energy stores with everything your heart desires. We asked founder, Mette Skjærbæk, about her summer holiday plans, which of course are centered on DO YOU in all sorts of guises, but which all have in common to find the inner sense of self - whether it's through books, social relationships, podcasts or dreams.

Good morning sunshine ritual
RITUALS

A recipe to welcome the new sunny season. Roll gently out of bed, open a window and breathe in the crispy spring air. Mindfully reach for the sun by stretching your body. Maybe do a Sun Salutation yoga pose to welcome the new day.

Aftersun hydration ritual
RITUALS

Hydration for sun-kissed skin. Make yourself a cool and hydrating drink. We recommend to drink Gel water or Electrolyte water with lime, Himalaya salt and sugar when our bodies crave water the most. Both are said to be deeply stabilizing for the body’s hydration levels.

The only one in the world

My most important job in the skincare industry is to improve your skin. This is always the foundation of my product development. The story about HERO, a one-of-a-kind-product in the world, is the symbol of exactly that.
